By accessing or using GP.TOOLS, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. The service

GP.TOOLS is a free collection of browser-first tools, calculators, converters, games, learning activities, mini apps, a live clock and weather page, and a live chat with the site administrator. Features may be changed, suspended, or discontinued at any time.

2. No account required

All visitor features work without an account. Some features store information in your browser (for example your chat session, preferences, and favorites) so they can remember you between visits. Clearing your browser’s site data removes it and resets those features.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use the service to violate laws, infringe intellectual property or privacy rights, distribute malware, interfere with or overload the service, attempt unauthorized access, bypass rate limits, scrape in a manner that harms the service, or use the tools for fraud or deception.

4. Content you send: contact form and live chat

• You keep ownership of the messages and files you send. You give us permission to store, display, and process them only as needed to operate the feature and to read and reply to you.
• Send only what is yours to share. Do not send other people’s private information, passwords, payment details, or content you have no right to share.
• Prohibited content. Do not send unlawful, harassing, hateful, sexual, or otherwise abusive content, spam, or malicious files. Uploads are limited by type and size (contact image up to 2 MB; chat photos 10 MB, videos 50 MB, voice messages 15 MB).
• Moderation. The administrator may read messages sent to them, and may delete any conversation, message, or file that violates these Terms or that is no longer needed.
• Replies are best-effort. The chat and the contact form are a free support channel run by a small team; we aim to reply, but response times are not guaranteed.

5. Results and disclaimers

Tools are provided for general informational and practical purposes. Calculations and outputs may contain errors and should be independently verified before being relied upon for financial, legal, medical, safety-critical, engineering, or other consequential decisions. Clock and weather information is provided for convenience and may differ from official sources.

6. No professional advice

Nothing on the site constitutes legal, medical, financial, tax, engineering, or other professional advice.

7. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the site’s original software, design, text, and branding are owned by us or our licensors. You may use tool outputs for lawful purposes, subject to any rights in third-party material you provide.

8. Third-party services

Some features rely on third parties — for example weather data from Open-Meteo and videos embedded from YouTube when you choose to play them. Their own terms and privacy policies apply to their services.

9. Availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. The service is provided “as is” and “as available”.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms as the service evolves. Continued use after an effective update constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
